One of the least-understood but highest-impact stressors is fragrance. If it smells nice, how could something be a problem? Here, I've outlined the different types of fragrances, and the different types of problems they can cause.
Once you understand fragrance is a problem for you or someone you advocate for, how do you explain that problem to others?
No criticism. No condescension. No dictating. No triggering of other people's defences.
Just the facts, ma'am. And some humble gratitude that people would take the time to hear you out. Even if you can't speak.
